We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive personal data.

• To provide and personalise the learning experience.
• To save and sync your progress across devices.
• To send optional notifications about new lessons or streaks (you can disable these at any time in your device settings).
• To diagnose technical issues and improve app stability.
• To understand which content is most valuable so we can create more of it.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate the app, including:

• Cloud infrastructure — for storing your account and progress data securely.
• Analytics — aggregated, anonymised usage statistics to understand how the app is used.
• Crash reporting — to identify and fix technical issues.

All service providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store). We do not receive or store your payment card details. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Noble Academy is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Withdraw consent for optional data uses (e.g. notifications) at any time.
